Any ideas for a Dracula fanfic? Would a modernization work?

Sound pretty interesting to me, I find most adaptations of Dracula to be complete garbage because they think they are bright enough to change all the characters around completely Thankfully, you are keeping the characters the same just modernizing them so I think you have a great idea going here. The idea of them having deja vu as if they had been reincarnated is pretty creative in my opinion. The only thing I would make sure you dont lose is the tone of the novel, what I mean is try not to make it really campy like something you would see on The Secret Life of an American Teenager. I think your book sounds pretty neat though, if you ever write it I would be very interested in reading it!
