Trying again - What paperwork do I need to add an owner to an existing LLC?

An amended operating agreement. I suppose/hope you prepared one. Among other things, it should list the members of the LLC. and to add a new member you amend the current operating agreement. You don't have to file the operating agreement with SoS.
