How many people out there think weed should be legal?

I think weed should be legal, and enjoy its many use. The economic useages for canabis is unbelivable and could help us in this economic depression by making hemp for paper, and clothes. Plus the sales of marijuana and its taxation will help create not only new jobs but produce more consumers because there are a lot of marijuana smokers out there. I think the rest of the nation and the world should follow in California's foot steps and create licenses for marijuana usages to prove how positive the outcomes could be, then maybe the world wouldn't look down on cities like Amsterdam and Oakland, but understand them and how they are the leaders of the new generation of what you can call hippies. I would go further into detail but i prefer to see what the world has to say about it then discuss or debate it out. Thanks for your time.
