I wanna lose!!!! plz hlp!?

If you lost 20 pounds right now, you would be sickly skinny. Im only an inch taller than you, and i weigh 5 pounds more, so i know what you mean about feeling fat. But you have to remember that the most important thing is to be healthy, not to be skinny, or 'y' because the media sets an unachievable standard for y, and its not worth risking your health. If you lower your calorie intake, you will automatically lose weight, simple substitute soda for water, eat less meat ( it's fatty by nature), and don't eat until you're full, stop when you're not hungry anymore.
