I want to purchase a computer who does monthly payments through bank account?

Not a renta center i dont want to be ripped off .. i want monthly payments through personal bank account. which companies do this? i would save money then purchase but i am not good with saving. and the minimum saving account balance is 300 dollars in my bank which i dont have up front so question is..... big companys like dell/ gateway/ compaq ect. who does monthly payments with visa debit card or bank accounts i applied for dells card but got denied i dont have any credit at all. if you know if dell does this please explain how i go about it?
