Costume help please!!! Is this a good idea for a costume?

I am intending to go as a Freudian slip (wearing a short "slip dress" with a large fake tag that says freudian (TM) slips). Will people get the joke? How should I accessorize? If people won't get the joke, what other pun/wordplay/funny but still girly costume should I wear? I don't have a big budget, but I can knit, crochet, sew, embroider, raid friends closets, etc. All appropriate suggestions for a highschooler welcome.
