Do Sony lenses Fit on Canon DSLR's?

So I am looking into buying a Canon 60D because Im starting to really get into photography and cinematography as well. but I already have a Sony alpha and I have a couple of lenses. And I really like to know if it is possible for me to use them on the new Canon. I've been searching for an adapter on the internet, but I can only find adapters for Canon lenses on Sony cameras. If there's any kind of adapter or CAD design for one or anything else I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you.
