Ehh...I'm confused and don't know what to do anymore..help?

okay..where to begin? I have liked this guy for a while, and he liked me too, but neither of us did anything because at the time we didn't know that our feelings were mutual. Then one day I found out he started going out with this girl and I ask him about it and he said he was. And he told me that he had liked me a couple of weeks before. And I told him I had liked him. We were both surprised. So we kept talking and making random jokes about stuff and we kept in touch. One day we were playing truth or dare online together lol. And I told him I had a really good dare but I wouldn't tell him. And he was like "I bet I know what it is.
