I just got my phone taken away twice, and my dad's strict about my phone, what lie can i make up?

This is the second time i get my phone taken away in a week last time i said my alarm went off, the problem is that i pay my phone and i pay 100 dollars a month and my dad has to go pick it up at the office and if he finds out about it he will take it away and i will be paying 100 hu dred dollars for nothing. They took away because i was looking at the time and if i tell my dad that he wont believe and he will take it away what lie can i use?
