S.G.P.T 89 with fatty liver?

My ultrasound result is Liver mildly enlarged with raised parenchymal echogenicity and my L.F.T result is S.G.P.T (ALT) 89 ALKALINE PHOSPHATE 149 AND CREATININE 1.3 can you please tell me it is serious matter or nothing to worry.
