What can you make people do when they're hypnotized?

I know that you can't make people do things that they not want to do when they are hypnotized, but how strong and affective can the suggestions be that you make to your partner when they are hypnotized? And how can you make suggestions to your partner? How do you say the rhythm and what do you say to make the words powerful during hypnosis?
