Why has commercialisation of Head covers and Veils not taken hold in the fashion industry at large ?

I would be very, very interested in the reaction of women who insist on wearing veils - and I am not only talking about Muslim ladies - if the nude centerfold of a magazine such as Playboy wore nothing other than the veil. I am not being facetious and wonder if it would be called anti something or other..............
