Windows 7 - GMA 500 drivers not working?

My game used to run perfectly on my GMA 950 but it runs slowly on a Windows 7 net book with GMA 500 and Intel ATOM processor. Worse, the OpenGL for 3D has problems. Could this be driver issues or if there is a way to get rid with them?
