Question for all the landlords out there?

If you are employed and have stable employment history, that's the the most important thing most landlords look at. They also look at your credit history to see how you pay your bills, if you're late on your credit cards, car payment, etc... They also want to see how many accounts you have open. If you have 7 credit cards, a car payment and rent, they want to make sure your salary can cover all your expenses. Not having any prior rental history can be a good thing - nothing bad to report.
